These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of whatapi.cloud (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
To use whatapi.cloud, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Represent a legally registered business or authorized entity
Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
2. Description of Service
whatapi.cloud is a SaaS platform that provides access to the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, enabling:
Automated messaging
Notifications and alerts
Chatbots and workflows
Broadcasts and drip campaigns
We do not own WhatsApp and operate strictly under Meta’s policies.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete account information
Obtain valid user opt-in before sending WhatsApp messages
Ensure all message content complies with laws and WhatsApp policies
Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
🚫 You must NOT:
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Use purchased, scraped, or third-party phone number lists
Attempt to bypass WhatsApp template or session rules
4. WhatsApp & Meta Policy Compliance
Users must comply with:
WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
Meta Platform Policies
Local and international regulations
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
Any activity under your account is your responsibility
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
6. Billing & Payments
Usage fees are based on WhatsApp Cloud API pricing and selected plans
All fees are billed as per the agreed billing cycle
Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
7. Data & Privacy
We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not access or read message content except when technically required for service delivery or compliance.
Users remain the data controller of their customer data.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms or Meta policies
Spam complaints or abuse reports occur
Meta restricts or disables your WhatsApp Business Account
Termination may be immediate in serious cases.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by:
Meta / WhatsApp outages
Internet or infrastructure failures
Third-party dependencies
10. Limitation of Liability
whatapi.cloud shall not be liable for:
Message delivery failures due to WhatsApp or Meta
Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
Actions taken by Meta, including account restrictions
The service is provided on an “as-is” basis.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless whatapi.cloud from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from:
Your use of the platform
Your message content
Violations of laws or policies
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s registered jurisdiction.
